Delivery will occur by DHL.

1.  Goods are generally delivered on dispatch route and to the delivery address indicated by the Client, unless agreed otherwise. During the processing of the transaction, the delivery address indicated in the Seller’s order processing is decisive.

2.  Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply, if the Client exercises his right to cancel effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the Client's control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the Seller has notified the Client about the service for a reasonable time in advance.

3.  Personal collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

Delivery time

Available articles will be delivered in shortest terms. After presentation of the complete invoice data the goods will be made ready for shipment within 2-4 working days, after that the delivery time of the German Post DHL is decisive. If you want to order a custom-made product we will inform you about the delivery time. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany amounts EUR 4,95. 

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made at a flat rate for shipping without calculating German sales tax.

In case of deliveries in foreign countries, accumulating custom duties, local sales taxes and fees for custom clearances must be paid by the customer. 

Shipping costs for deliveries must be paid by the customer. With orders exceeding EUR 300,00 we will incur shipping costs.
