§ 1 Conclusion of a contract at online orders

The conclusion for online orders at LSH is valid if the offer of the customer at the appointment is accepted by the shipment of goods. The affirmation of the access is not considered as conclusion if the affirmation is an automatic procedure.
The minimum order value at LSH is EUR 20,00.

§ 2 Delivery terms

1. Shipping costs / Delivery time
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany amount EUR 4,50. 
Shipping costs for deliveries in foreign countries of the European Union and to Switzerland amount EUR 10,00. 
Shipping costs for deliveries in other foreign countries and overseas amount EUR 20,00.
Deliveries in countries outside of the European Union will take place without the accounting of the German output tax.

In case of deliveries in foreign countries, accumulating custom duties, local output taxes and fees for custom clearances must be paid by the customer. 

Delivery costs for deliveries must be paid by the customer. With orders exceeding EUR 500,00 we will incur shipping costs.

For deliveries with cash on delivery (see also § 3) the customer must pay the additional fees of the German Post Company. These fees will be charged by the German Post Company and will therefore not be included in the invoice.

2. Delivery time
Available articles will be delivered in shortest terms. After presentation of the complete invoice data the goods will be made ready for shipment within 2-3 days, after that the delivery time of the German Post Company is decisive. If you want to order a custom-made product we will inform you about the delivery time. Delivery time for Japan and overseas lies within 15-20 days.

3. Reservation of delivery
The delivery of LSH is dependant on the availability of the articles. Compensation for damages because of defaults is basically excluded. In case that articles are not available the customer will be informed immediately.

§ 3 Payment conditions

1. Prices
All prices include the value added tax. The prices on the Internet page are subject to change. Modifications, errors and misprints are reserved.

Price quoted in USD being just for your information. EUR-price is standard. Please consider rate of exchange of your credit card company!

2. Due date
The purchase price must be paid immediately. The customer can use one of the payment modes we offer.

3. Modes of payment
The customer can choose between following modes of payment:

a) Payment with credit card (VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD). The credit card charge is of order placement. Statement of KPN ( = card test number ) being absolutely necessary. You will find this number on the back of your credit card, being the three figures in addition to your credit card number.
Payment with credit card American Express. With American Express KPN consists of 4 numbers and you will
find it on front more to the right.

b) Debit by bank transfer after credit rating. To new customers we deliver the products within 5 days after presentation of debit. Regular customers will receive the delivery immediately.LSH reserves any right to send the goods by cash on delivery, any further costs will not be amounted. This mode of payment is just available for orders within Germany.

c) Cash on delivery: Payment at delivery of goods by the German Post Company including cash charges. This mode of payment is just available for orders within Germany.

d) Payment in advance less 3 % discount. Payment must be done before delivery of goods to the account of LSH. Any fees for bank transfers from foreign countries must be paid by the customer.

e) PayPal
PayPal is the online payment-service, that offers a safe, easy and quick payment in online-shops to you - free of charge.
Safe: Your bank- oder credit-card-data will be deposited only at PayPal. So the data will not be sent via Internet with every single online purchase.
Easy: You pay by just two clicks. Because you access your bank- or credit-card-data that you deposited at PayPal, instead of entering them via Internet with every single online purchase again. 

LSH reserves the right to exclude certain modes of payment in individual cases.

4. Default in payment
At defaults of payment LSH is authorized to demand default interest of 5 % above the base rate pursuant to § 247 paragraph 1 Civil Code of Germany.

5. Ownership reservation
Any delivered goods belong to LSH until the payment is completed.

6. Security
To avoid any misuse all data which are necessary for payment will be transferred via an SSL-server.

§ 4 Warranty

The guarantee period is given by law for 2 years and starts with the delivery of the goods. Within this period the customer has got any right of remedy for free. In case it is necessary LSH will exchange the articles. If an error will not be remedied within legal period the customer has got the right to choose between cancelling the contract or reduction of the price.

§ 5 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The regulations of German law are decisive. Also in case of supplies into another country German right is compulsory. Court of jurisdiction for any claim referring to conclusion of the contract within businessmen is 27356 Rotenburg/Wümme.

§ 6 Revocation instruction

1. Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke your contractual statement within a period of two weeks without stating reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods were abandoned to you before the deadline - by returning the goods.
The period starts by receiving this revocation instruction in written form, but not before the recipient has received the goods (at repeated delivery of similar things not before receipt of the first part-delivery) and also not before performance of our duties of information according to article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 clause 1 and 2 EGBGB and our duties according to § 312e clause 1 section 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. For observing the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the revocation or the thing in time.

2. Consequences of revocation
In case of a valid revocation, both sides have to return the received services as well as, if applicable, drawn advantage (e. g. interest).
If you are completely unable to return the goods or if you return the goods incomplete or in a degraded condition, you have to compensate the lost value if necessary.
When surrendering goods, this does not apply if the degrade of the goods is exclusively due to examining it like for instance in a retail store.
In case of induced degrade by conventional use of the goods you can avoid the duty of compensation by not handling the goods like your own property and by avoiding everything that could effect its value.
Goods that can be shipped by parcel have to be returned on our risk.
You have to bear the return charges, if the delivered goods match the ordered goods and if the value of the returned goods is less than 40 Euros. You also have to bear the return charges at a higher value if we did not yet receive payment or partial payment as contracted at the point of revocation.
Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you.
Together with your written revocation you can request a DHL parcel label for the return shipment (only for parcel shipments within Germany) or the return charges will be paid by you in advance and will be repaid by us additionally to the invoice price.
Goods that can not be shipped by parcel will be picked up.
Obligations to pay must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you this period starts by sending off the revocation or the goods. For us this period starts with the receipt.

3. The right of revocation is excluded for custom-made articles.

§ 7 Data privacy

By ordering or by any registration the customer agrees that LSH will save necessary data for delivery and login. Data will not be given to third person. Excluded from that are procedures which are mentioned below.

1. For credit rating at debit LSH reserves itself the right to inquire customers data at Internet service page datasite.de. Any saving of data will not be done.

2. Customers which refuse payment or try to get goods or services by fraudulent methods will be reported to the Internet service page datasite.de by LSH.

3. Continued non-payment LSH will be put over to a collection agency after the standard demand. For this purpose LSH will transfer the address of the customer to the collection agency.

§ 8 Salvatorian clause

In case that one of the clauses of these appointments is not valid the other clauses are not infected by the invalidity of a single clause.

§ 9 Important hints

- Articles with the declaration * are not suitable for small children (according to EC-norm). Parts can be swallowed!
- All articles will be delivered without decoration.
- Slight discrepancies of sizes are possible.
- Modifications of patterns are reserved.
- Our brand is protected and reproductions without our permission are not allowed.
